Project Manager (ERP Systems)

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases: planning, analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, developers, and internal teams.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Review technical specifications, APIs, and system architecture to ensure proper implementation.
• Plan schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of all modules and features.
• Identify risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and follow up on documentation, reports, change requests, and project updates.
• Coordinate internally with backend, frontend, mobile, and QA teams.
• Ensure system quality, performance, scalability, and best practices are maintained.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP or large-scale software systems (mandatory).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of software development (Laravel, APIs, databases, mobile apps).
• Knowledge of ERP domains (Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, CRM, Finance).
• Ability to read and understand technical workflows and system architecture.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
